We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:
1. Courier Service
– Suitable for delivery to almost any location (within West Malaysia) however unable to schedule the delivery date and time
– Delivery times may vary depending on the destination
– Customer may need to handle installation or assembly of the product
– Affordable shipping rates
– Bulky items can be delivered (additional charges may apply)
– If this option is not available during checkout, it means the product is not suitable for courier delivery to your location
2. Seller’s Own Fleet (Seller Own Feet)
– Using our own 3-ton lorry
– Available only within Klang Valley and Seremban areas
– All products will be delivered with care, and installation service is included
– We will do our best to arrange a convenient delivery date and time
– Please note that exact timing cannot be guaranteed due to traffic and unforeseen circumstances, but we will strive to meet your preferred schedule

To help minimize the risk of damage during transit, we recommend purchasing extra bubble wrap or protective packaging materials. Proper cushioning ensures your items are well-protected and reduces the likelihood of damage upon arrival.

Small Item – Courier Service
Delivery for small item are mostly in box, Ready stock item will ship out within 24 hours cut off time before 1PM, item will take about 3-5 working days to arrive to you. Customer self-installation is required.
Pre-Order item will need at least 14 working days to reach our warehouse and 3-5 working days in transit once we shipped out. (please refer estimated Days to ship in product page)
Bulky Item – Courier Service
Ready Stock item will ship out within 3 Working days as we need to prepare the packaging. Once item shipped out, it will take 3-5 working days to arrive at your place.

please note that 100% perfect condition cannot be guaranteed. Minor defects such as chipped corners of panels, surface scratches, or dents may occur during manufacturing, packaging, or transit.

While we make every effort to ensure your packages arrive safely, we cannot be held responsible for damages, delays, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Seller Own Fleet
Delivery coverage is limited to the Klang Valley area only. Shipping rates are determined based on the distance between our location and your delivery address. The rates are flat, regardless of the size or quantity of your order, you can even get free delivery if your purchase over certain amount. View Shipping Rates Here. We deliver directly to your doorstep and will assist with moving in and assembling the furniture.
You can request a preferred delivery date and time, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We will reconfirm the delivery date with you at least 3 days in advance. If, on the day of delivery, we spontaneously ask to deliver immediately, you are free to refuse the delivery if it does not suit your schedule.
Customers are responsible for informing us of any premises restrictions, size of entryways, staircases, or other access considerations to ensure the furniture can be moved in without issues. We will not be responsible for this case and will not accept any return and refund request.
If the customer refuses to accept the product on the scheduled delivery date and requests to reschedule, additional transportation fees will apply based on the current delivery rate, even if free delivery was provided during checkout.
Is installation included with my purchase?
For bulky items such as large wardrobes, dining sets, and sofa sets, delivery via our own fleet includes complimentary installation. For smaller items shipped in boxes, self-installation is required. Assembly instructions are usually provided inside the package. If not, feel free to contact our customer service team—we’ll be happy to provide the installation guide.

Do you accept returns or refunds?
No Returns for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. We encourage customers to review product details, dimensions, and finishes carefully before placing an order.
Minor Defects & Surface Imperfections
Due to the nature of materials and production processes, minor defects may occur that do not affect the product’s functionality. These may include:
– Small surface scratches or dents
– Uneven, cracked, or chipped finishes on paints, shellac, laminate, vinyl, veneer, or similar materials
Such imperfections are considered acceptable if they do not exceed 5% of the product’s surface area. In these cases, return or refund requests will not be accepted.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your item arrives with significant damage or a defect that affects its intended use:
– Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
– Include clear photographs and a description of the issue
We will assess and may offer a suitable resolution such as repair, replacement, or partial refund, at our discretion
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
All custom and made-to-order products are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless deemed faulty under applicable consumer law.
Does the product have Warranty?

Transportation Costs:
Customers located beyond a 15km radius may be responsible for covering transportation expenses related to warranty repairs.
Replacement Parts:
In situations where original parts are no longer available, compatible or aftermarket parts will be used as replacements.
Color Variation in Replacement Parts:
Replacement parts might exhibit color variations, even when intended to match the original. This can be attributed to factors such as material differences, paint degradation over time, manufacturing processes, and variations in color perception.
Warranty Exclusions:
The product’s outer material is generally not covered by the warranty, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific product’s warranty information.

– Cleaning: Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid excessive water.
– Avoid: Direct sunlight, high humidity, and harsh cleaners.

2. Marble Table

7. Metal Furniture (Steel, Iron)
