At Eco Resources, we are committed to delivering quality products that meet our standards of craftsmanship and reliability. As part of this commitment, we provide a one (1) month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, effective from the date of delivery.
1. DEFINITION
A manufacturing defect refers to a fault or flaw arising during the production process—such as errors in materials, workmanship, or assembly—that affects the product’s structural integrity or intended function under normal usage.
2. WARRANTY PERIOD
- Coverage Duration: One (1) month from the date of delivery
- Coverage Scope: Applies to all products sold directly by Eco Resources, unless otherwise stated
3. WARRANTY COVERAGE
This warranty covers functional manufacturing defects, including but not limited to:
- Structural misalignment or parts that do not fit properly
- Missing or incorrectly positioned pre-drilled holes
- Defective hardware (e.g., hinges, handles, drawer runners)
- Clear and excessive physical damage (e.g., cracks or dents) visible upon unboxing
4. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not apply to:
- Minor cosmetic imperfections (e.g., light scratches, scuffs, slight paint variation) resulting from handling or transport
- Normal wear and tear due to everyday use
- Natural differences in wood grain, tone, or material texture
- Damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, negligence, or unauthorized modification
- Damage from exposure to moisture, heat, direct sunlight, or chemical cleaners
- Damage during relocation or self-assembly
Note: Surface damage is generally excluded unless the defect is clearly visible and substantial upon unboxing. In such cases, evidence must be provided.
5. WARRANTY CLAIM REQUIREMENT
To initiate a claim under this warranty, customers must provide:
- Valid proof of purchase (e.g., invoice, order confirmation)
- A clear unboxing video showing the condition of the product at first opening
- Photos or videos clearly showing the defect in question
Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
6. RESOLUTION TERMS
If a claim is approved, Eco Resources may offer one of the following solutions, at our sole discretion:
- Repair of the defective component
- Replacement of the defective part
- Exchange of the product (partial or full, based on case evaluation)
In some cases:
- Compatible (non-original) parts may be used for replacements if original parts are unavailable
- Replacement parts may differ slightly in colour or texture, but will remain functionally equivalent and visually appropriate for the product
7. RESOLUTION TIME
Once a warranty claim is submitted with all required supporting documents (including clear photographs and an unboxing video, where applicable), Eco Resources will begin the assessment process.
We strive to process and resolve valid claims within 7 to 30 working days, depending on the complexity of the issue and the availability of replacement parts or components.
The resolution provided may include one or more of the following:
- Repair of the affected part(s), if applicable
- Replacement with compatible or equivalent part(s)
- Full or partial product replacement, subject to availability and product condition
In cases where specific parts are out of stock or require special sourcing, the resolution time may be extended. We will keep customers informed of the status of their claim and provide updates throughout the process.
